Policy for Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation
You can cancel your reservation by calling our customer support helpline or visiting our office.
If a reservation with fewer than ten rooms:
Over 24 hours before the check-in date: FREE CANCELLATION
According to your reservations, a cancellation fee will be imposed if you cancel within 0–24 hours of the check-in date:
It includes
- the number of rooms
- Days Counted for the Event or Personal Use
- requesting Catrine services and other services.
The whole amount will be charged as a cancellation fee in the event of a no-show or improper cancellation notice.
If a reservation for at least 10 nights is cancelled:
Earlier than seven days from the check-in date: CANCELLATION IS FREE
A cancellation fee according to your bookings will be applied if you cancel within 0–7 days of your check-in date.
The whole amount will be charged as a cancellation fee in the event of a no-show or improper cancellation notice.
Refund
Approved Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving a request, and payments are credited by the same method that was used to make the booking within 5-7 business days.
